This omelet is definitely the prettiest one I've made. Inside the omelet: maple sausage, cheese, and a little onion. Sparse yes -- I never seem to have any good omelet fixins on hand. Biggest trick I've learned in making a Bomb Omelet -- after the well whisked eggs have started to thicken in the pan, push up a little bit, tilt the pan, and fill in the exposed pan with the running eggs.
